We work on a sole agency basis. And here is why.
Exclusivity is not a condition we impose: it is what lets us invest time and money in your unit knowing the effort is worth it. It also protects the property's image — when the same unit is advertised by five agents at five different prices, the market reads that as a problem and the value falls.
Length of the mandate: between 4 and 12 months depending on the type of deal, renewable by mutual agreement. One point of contact, one price, one message to the market.

Document review
Deeds, activity licence, utilities and charges before we publish. Spotting a problem today saves losing a deal three months from now.
Marketing and viewings
Photography, technical sheet and distribution across our network. We screen the profiles and attend every viewing.
Negotiation, closing and follow-up
We negotiate terms, prepare the contracts and send you a written monthly report with viewings, feedback and recommendations.
What we put in writing
Points we accept with every owner. If any of them is not met, you are entitled to tell us and to terminate the mandate.

- A written monthly report: viewings held, the profile of each interested party, feedback and recommendations.
- Every viewing attended by us. We never hand the keys to your unit to third parties.
- Financial screening first. We check the profile, the intended activity and the financial capacity before bringing you an offer.
- No cost until completion. Photography, technical sheet, sign, listings and viewings are all on us.
- Confidentiality. If you would rather the deal stayed private, we market the unit through our private list only.
