Units in central Eivissa

Trade in the centre of Eivissa does not close in October. This is where a business lives off the resident and not only off the tourist, and where a shutter that opens all year pays for itself.

That means Vara de Rey and around it, s'Eixample, Avinguda d'Ignasi Wallis and the streets running down to the port: street-level units, offices on upper floors and corner premises with two shop windows. It is the fabric that people here use daily, with the summer on top.
