Who handles your data

The controller is the owner of this site, whose identification and contact details appear at the end of this page.

For anything concerning your personal data you can write to info@gzibizaproperties.com.

What we collect

From the contact form: first name, surname, telephone, email address and the message you write.

From the form for owners looking to sell, let or transfer a business: the same contact details plus whatever you tell us about the property — type, area, floor space, guide price and any notes you add.

We neither ask for nor need special-category data. Please do not include sensitive information in your message beyond what is needed to help you.

What we use it for

To answer your enquiry and give you the information you ask for about premises, offices, warehouses or business transfers.

If you are an owner, to appraise the property and consider whether we can market it for you.

To stay in touch while handling the matter you started. We will not send you commercial messages unrelated to it without asking you separately.

On what legal basis

The consent you give by submitting the form, and pre-contractual steps taken at your own request where your enquiry concerns a possible transaction.

You may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

Who else sees it

Your data is stored in our database, hosted with Supabase, which acts as processor and provides the infrastructure.

The public website can only write to that database, never read from it: enquiries are not reachable from any visitor's browser.

Internally the agency's team consults them through its management system. We do not pass your data to third parties for commercial purposes and we do not sell it.

How long we keep it

For as long as the matter that prompted your contact is live and, afterwards, for the periods during which legal liability arising from the relationship may apply.

If you ask us to delete it and no legal obligation requires us to keep it, we delete it.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, its correction or erasure, as well as restriction of or objection to processing and portability, by writing to info@gzibizaproperties.com stating which right you wish to exercise.

If you believe your request has not been handled properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Automated decisions and minors

We make no automated decisions and build no profiles from your data.

This site is not aimed at minors and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
